* Refunds and Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once they have been downloaded. If you have any issues with your digital download, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Physical Products

 

* Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Shipping rates will vary depending on your location and the weight of your order.

* Shipping times vary depending on the product. For digital downloads, you'll receive a link immediately after purchase. For physical products, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, as all our products are made to order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

 

* Damages and Returns: If your physical product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide us with a photo of the damaged item. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

* Refunds and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your physical product, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
